Excellent product to cover the gummy door pulls.
(2013 F30) All the reviews are spot on. (At the time of my writing, 100% 5-star, and fully deserved.) Dealer wanted $105 for the replacement of my gummy, tar-like, door pull and $240 for the labor. ("Cosmetic issues are not covered by the CPO...") That's $345 PER door pull. I watched a YouTube video about how to DIY it, but the drilling turned me off, and a buddy said, "Don't do it. It'll take 5 times longer than you think. Pulling off BMW door panels are no joke." Then I thought, 'even if I replace them with OEM, they'll probably just go all gummy again in a few years.' Then I found these covers. Good price, and they'll match the carbon fiber I already have installed on my gear shift and around the base of the shifter. (With more to accents to come later.) Item received in a few days, and they seem to be very good quality. They slid on smoothly in seconds, and give a snug fit over the funky goop of the factory door pulls. Now I'm hoping that the sticky tar-like nature of the OEM door pull will become a like a glue that will further hold these covers in place, not that they really need it, since as I mentioned, they are a naturally snug fit.Over all, less than $50 for a pair of covers, vs. $345 for just one fundamentally defective replacement part, this was a no brainier for me, and I would do it again in a heartbeat. I also purchased an additional set for the back door pulls, just to keep it all uniform. A+ product to cover a sub-par OEM component, which would be a great cover, even if the OEM pull hadn't started melting.-Travis

BEST SOLUTIONS TO BMW STICKY INDOOR HANDLES
Based on reviews, I tried the carbon fiber door handles for my 4-series BMW coupe. AMAZING!!!! Less than 2 minutes to install, looks so clean and sleek. Best value for the money ($50!). Wish they made the same for my 3-series BMW wagon which also had melted indoor handles (shame on BMW!!!!). For the wagon, I hand-stiched leather covers shipped from Germany, and patted myself on the back for resolving the sticky door handle issues on my own. Took about an hour for each handle in the wagon, and they look so impressive! Cost of leather covers $87. Two BMWs with same issues; easy solutions; did not have to take the doors off; so I didn't have to rely on my husband to fix them!! Carbon fiber handles for the 4-series coupe were the easiest and fastest to install. BEAUTIFUL results!! Hand-stitched leather covers add an elegant custom touch to the vehicle. Don't ever let BMS dealer replace your handles. It will cost a fortune, as most mechanics will take the door apart to replace handles, charging about $400+/door for materials and labor. Don't get ripped off!!!!!

A Cheap Fix To BMW’s Bad Design
Installation was quick and pretty easy. I did have to ‘force’ mine into place with a little more pressure than I felt comfortable with. I think this is due to me having a decent amount of original material left. Once installed though, I was able to clear that out around the edges, and it looks great. Super cheap and simple fix to the horrible BMW handles. Installed on a 2014 428i.

Outstanding product
I'm one of many who have had to deal with BMW's inferior inner door handle that turns into a ball of black, sticky goop in warm weather (Florida in my case). I had my doubts when I saw this product although it seemed like a great solution. Believe me, it is!! I bought the black carbon fiber model. The installation was simple, the fit was perfect! There is no adhesive required so I was concerned with the liner staying in place but it seems rock solid. It took a little bit of back and forth to slide the cover up to the top of the door handle but once it was in place, the rest followed for a perfect fit. I highly recommend this product as a solution to anyone with the sticky door handle issue. My car is a 2015 428iX Gran Coupe (F36). Buy and install for a fantastic fix!

Simple solution - looks great and easy to install
This far exceeded my expectations. I decided to try this over the alternative of replacing my gummy door pull on my 2015 BMW 435i, but I was a bit hesitant that I might be returning it if I traded quality for easy installation (no need to remove the door panel or pull with this product - it just slides over top the worn piece). It took less than a minute to install and is flush / looks as good as a replacement. I would definitely recommend over replacement. I would probably pick the black in hind sight, for matching of the trim in my car, but the carbon fiber looks good and still works for my taste.

Great Solution!!
My 2nd BMW with the same problem, the rubber inside door handles get tacky and melt!! BMW won't accept it's a defect and want $600 for new handles. These are the perfect solution and look great too. Fit my 435i 2 door just right and don't look after market at all.
