Each capsule is just 200mg --the suggestive serving is 2 capsule which would equal 400mg.

Why does your company mix animal ingredient of gelatin in with the plant and vegetable inactive ingredients? Vegans want 100% plant and vegetable.

I like gelatin much better than cellulose that causes digestive issues. It's easy to look up the differences. Please continue making it with gelatin; one the main things I looked at before ordering.
