I had radial nerve damage from a broken humerous. My fingers were starting to turn under in a closed position into my palm. A hand therapist recommended this brace and so I ordered it. I wore this brace for about 5 weeks and it helped to stretch the tendons and worked to keep my fingers straight and kept them separated. This brace can be molded to fit you with just putting it into the microwave to get a slight bend in the wrist. The brace is comfortable to wear. I wore it to sleep in. My fingers are now working great thanks to this brace.
