Nintendo Wii Remote Plus, Black (Renewed)

Works really well, I haven’t had any problems with it yet and I’m glad they included the wrist thing so it won’t fall out of your hand.

I bought this for Dolphin on my PC and it connects to bluetooth perfectly, some minor scratches on the front but will work perfectly otherwise and reduces waste/gives it another life of use.

I was reluctant to purchase a used electric device. However, this item was no longer being manufactured, I didn’t have a choice. I am very pleased with the purchase and the complete operation of the device. Worked exactly as described. Would buy from this seller again. Fast shipping too.

Working fine, good buy

I originally bought the NC. I then bought the Lyyes. I then bought this one (Nintendo brand [Renewed/Refurbished]). The first two couldn't charge past 75% and this one reads 100% charged with the same battery packs. This one also includes built in Wii MotionPlus which is very nice.Altogether, Nintendo is the right brand for a Wii remote.The charging station I purchased is the "Upgraded Wii Remote Battery Charger Station, Covanm 4 Port Wii Controller Rechargeable Battery Pack with 4 Rechargeable Batteries for Wii."

Ordered 2 units.I can tell you now that the extent of their testing is throwing some batteries in and checking that the thing turns on, and that's it.The first one is mostly fine, but it has a faulty led that doesn't turn on, and the rumble motor skips making a horrible sound.The second one is unusable. First of all, it still had old battery corrosion crud all through the terminals which I had to clean out myself, but I don't know why I bothered because it doesn't stay on for longer than 5 minutes with fresh batteries.I'm savvy enough that I'll be able to transplant the rumble motor at least, but I'm not brave enough to try desoldering the led. I will try to diagnose why the second one is turning off, but as things stand right now, I've only gotten half of my order. I ordered 2 working remotes, and I got 1 partially working one, with a spare parts unit.If you buy this and expect a working controller, just know you're rolling the dice.

Overall a pretty good quality device. I didn’t notice any issues other than a different back than typical, which is the only reason I would remove a star. For some, the mismatch look might be a dealbreaker but the truth is a lot of wii remotes have discolored battery backs and usually get replaced with these 3rd party one at repair shops and resellers all the time. At first I had concerns about how batteries would fit, especially since wii remotes are already prone to leakage, but it tests fine so far. The remote plus function and all the buttons work fine. Came with a strap, but no rubber case but luckily had a few lying around. Also came with a 90 day warranty if anything goes wrong.

Seems to work just as well as the original. HOWEVER I almost returned it because it wouldn't sync. The factory ones sync by just pushing the button in the battery area but you have to ALSO push the red button under the SD card storage cover for non-factory remotes.
