I purchased the sand bag from a gym that was downsized, but I didn’t have a chart to go with it. Now, I do:) it also has a roller based chart on the back of it, if you happen to have one of those.

I use this product every single day for my sandbag workout. The quality is so good I got one for my garage workouts. Best investment I ever made!

Build quality seems top notch. Everything besides the kettle ball is to my liking. The kettle bag handle sits a little close to the rolled up closing lip with buckle clip. Just my preference/opinion

Arrived earlier than expected in great shape. What’s great about this workout poster is that it is printed on both sides...one side is vertical, and the other side is the same info, but oriented in the horizontal position. That’s helpful because one person may only have a narrow space to hang it, and need to hang it vertically, while another person may have the space to hang it horizontally. Very thoughtful of designer. Wel laminated both sides. Good addition to my workout space.

I'm very pleased with the sandbag workout poster. It is a great size and the different exercises are easy to see and divided into upper body, lower body etc. I already hung the poster in my home gym and have used it for my sandbag workout.
