Our front door is the type that can only be opened from the outside with a key. The number of times the front door has closed of it's own accord when someone takes out rubbish etc. is ridiculous, leaving the poor family member locked out and having to ring the doorbell to be let back in. This is ok providing there is someone else at home. Just recently, I wasn't so lucky and I had to wait outside for two hours until someone else came home. That was when I decided a keysafe was the way to go.After a fair bit of research and review reading, I settled on this one. It arrived the following day and was an absolute breeze to install. All that was needed was a drill with 6mm masonry bit and a phillips screwdriver. 10 minutes later and it was very securely mounted to an exterior was using the supplied fittings.Setting the code was also extremely easy.It has now been on the wall for a couple of months in all weathers and is still in perfect condition and operates perfectly, as I found out ten minutes ago when I took out a bag of rubbish and the bloody door shut behind me.....

First impressions were that it was heavy and seemed very solid. It appears as though it would be very tough to break into but obviously, I haven't tested that but I would think that it wouldn't be easy to get into at least not without making a huge amount of noise. It's made completely out of metal with exception of the little shutter that you can flip up and down to cover the combination dials.Setting your own code is easy:1. Set to default code 00002. Flip small black switch to open3. Switch reset button to B4. Set dials to the desired code5. Switch reset button back to A6. Don't forget your code!You can fit a few keys inside, maybe 5 or 6, but note that the lock mechanism takes up quite a bit of space when it's closed so although the space looks quite big you lose quite a bit of that space.There are 5 holes in the back and four screws with wall plugs provided. I suggest getting your own long and sturdy screw for the 5th centre hole. If you're attaching this to something like a shed you might want to use a bolt in the centre hole instead of a screw and add a couple of large metal washers to prevent it being pried off.

Bought for the monstering law on my wife’s request . Easily fitted to the wall , you just need a couple to 2 inch screws, 2 raw plugs and a screw driver and is very handy for the rest of the family to use to gain access into the house in case of an emergency. Very easy to set up using your own 4 digit number.

Easy to fit and easy set own code. Perfect for when I forget my key.

The whole box is cheap plastic, returned it back, don’t recommend the seller because I asked him before the shipping about the quality and the size , product came completely different, small plastic not even same shape
