Incorrect colour and flimsy
The media could not be loaded. Sent the wrong colour, waited 5 days to receive an uglier version of the one that I wanted. I then tried to take the bottom off the bong so that I could adjust the pipe and the entire bottom has completely snapped off!!!! FLIMSY CRAP.

Worst quality bongs in the world
So poorly made, had to drill out the rush hole myself, it's smaller than it looks and by the picture you can see that even the moulding of the plastic is not right and sharp edges cut around my mouth. Won't be getting anymore chongz bongs as this is the second that was all wrong.

Damaged and dismal
The product arrived not as described on the website. The colours on the bong are wrong and very discoloured, not as advertised at all. The front, underneath the pipe has scuff damaged to it. Very disappointed with this product
