I bought this item on 4/4/16 to replace my Acer 5750Z-4877 factory keyboard that lost a key to my vacuum cleaner. This replacement unit appeared to be an exact match to the original. Unfortunately the April replacement, that has a 6 month warranty, only lasted 6 months and 4 days. How do they do that?? With few options available, I bought the same replacement keyboard again in October. The October replacement seems to be identical, it fits well and works as expected. I hope this one lasts as long as the factory original.

The product is exactly the same as per the OEM on the laptop, had no trouble replacing it and it works perfectly. If it wasn't for the missing pieces on my original one, I wouldn't be able to tell which one was the old and the new. Great product.

It arrived early and in good condition. I replace the existing keyboard without any issue and was able to use with in 10 minutes of installing. I would recommend this to my friends and family.

it is not the replacement for the E443 laptop.. this item is not correctly described..I returned the item for a credit..
