This is a book for those ready to increase their prestige and prosperity. I'm going to write one of these books myself someday. The author found the right dog FOR his TRAINERS to get ready for the movies, and he established a good communication with him. Yes, by all means, communicate with your dog and get a good trainer.

Very easy to read and I loved reading about the background of Benji along with suggested online videos. Some skills are very basic and I've done quite a bit of training but I always seem to pick up something worthwhile and this book is no different.

We have Australian Shepherds. I recomended this book to all of our puppy adopters after reading it. It is clear and simple. I love the video links to Youtube which review each chapter.

A good book. Alas if I only used it. I have an almost perfect dog, but he could be a rock star with this book.

EXCELLENT! I have now seen the movies and want to try my hand! there is a lot of common sense behaviour advice for those who do not want their dog to "act".I have read all the horse books-- starting with The Soul of a Horse and the website of the same name--and i am addicted to Joe Camp's down to earth and thoroughly researched information. His empathy and love of the animals make it a must have addition to the bookshelf for anyone with a heart and morals.
