Yes, but don't press too hard on the cutter. Better to make several gentle passes

Not bad but limited use

It’s a neat little cutter, light and seems relatively safe to use. You can only cut one bit of paper at a time however, otherwise the edge quality is variable and the papers move about. I also had to press quite hard on the cutter to get a good edge. Perfectly fine for doing the odd card etc but nothing in bulk.
