I love to cook, but neuropathy makes dicing difficult. I had to rely on others to cook or cut vegetables in advance. We love garlic and add it to a lot of dishes -- farro in the rice cooker -- pesto chicken in the Instant Pot -- slow cooker beans. With this product my cooking is more independent and spontaneous than before.There are two versions -- with olive oil or in water. I prefer the water-based one.

For ease of use in the kitchen this is a good product but for taste I prefer the garlic in oil, depends what you are cooking. If you try one try the other as well but nothing beats fresh if you have the time.

Great taste and because it is packed in water instead of oil, the calories are greatly reduced and it is whole food without salt, sugar, and oil.
