Great for Burgers

It’s ok…

We like to hop around and try different varieties of BBQ rubs. We are a big fan of Stubbs BBQ sauce, so we gave this a shot. It was ‘just ok’ in our opinion. It seemed more like a all purpose seasoning than a rub - as it really didn’t have any strong BBQ rub characteristics. Seems like a generic blend of salt, pepper, paprika, and onion/garlic powder. It’s good, but nothing to impress your friends and family with.
