Some mild inconveniences but otherwise 3 star headphones
I had 50$ headphones of the same type so that's what I will be using as a measure. These headphones deliver fantastic sound quality for music. Audio lags behind screen if using for video games. They don't stay in your ear for long and slowly start to slide out of your ear until you push them farther in. Also, you can't connect these to multiple devices at one time, so if I want to listen to my laptop, I'll have to turn Bluetooth off on my phone then connect them to my laptop. They only "recognize" one device at a time, and that is the last device you paired them with. That means, when you turn them on, despite having tons of devices that you already paired the headphones with close by, it'll only search for one device and keep searching and searching until you go into Bluetooth settings and pair them with another device yourself. If they are paired while you put them back into the case, they will stay paired and will not charge until it can't connect to the device anymore (e.g. you turn Bluetooth off or you disconnect the headphones in Bluetooth settings). Other than those mild inconveniences, pairing is fast and they stay on one charge for a long while.

Tap sensor is WAY to sensitive
Previously I rated these highly. But after having these a while, I'm finding the tap-sensor makes these almost unusable for me.Just walking it'll cause the music to pause over and over. When it's inside my motorcycle helmet, all I can do is whack myself in the head, which must be entertaining for nearby drivers.Just ordered a different product that has a physical push-button.Previous review below:Pros: Great sound if you can get them seated right. (Comply 200 tips make this GREAT)Pairing was very easy.Truly wireless.Cons: Terrible manual - most steps make no sense and never say to double-tap for next/previousWould have preferred a click button to the tap feature - moving them around in my ears or sitting them on a table causes a false tap.Still waiting for a design that quickly seats in my ear canals without 5min of fiddling, but that's probably just me.A way to immediately turn them off without the case would be nice.Haven't had them long enough to judge the battery life yet.Amazon wanted a rating for "Volume control", but you have to do that from the phone.

Needs improvements
I wanted an affordable alternative to my "horseshoe" style bluetooth phone headsets. As to performance and price, these fit the bill for me. But, the operation of the earbuds is very awkward:1) I could not keep them in my ears. I tried all three sizes of earpieces and none would stay in my ears. And the first time the right one fell out on a tile floor, the case came apart.2) On more than one occasion, I did not put the charging case in my pocket. When I happened to walk away from my phone for more than 10 minutes, the earbuds powered down. And then, guess what? I didn't have the charging case in my pocket, so I had no way to power them back up. At least I could not see how to do it in the instructions, which were very poorly written. (Obviously written by someone whose primary language is not English.)Cannot recommend.

Excellent Earbuds
It's very easy to use. I can simply tap the earbud once to answer the incoming call and tap again to end the call and go back to the music which I was listening to. Great sound quality too.

Good sound but poor mic.
For comfort, listening, and reception strength, there's actually little to fault here. I was convinced to return a set of $50 versions, but discovered mic reception is horrible on these. People on the other side of calls would complain I sounded muffled, as if I were talking with a blanket between me and the mic. If you're only using it for listening, go ahead and save yourself 46% by going with these. If you want clearer talking capability, I'm keeping my panosomi buds.

You could do better
Sigh. Not for running as my left ear keeps falling out, which is super annoying. Not hi-fi, the clarity of sound is just ok. Not “noise canceling” in any sense. My wired headphones are louder. The only thing I agreed with about the description is the battery lasts EXACTLY 3 hours.

Bad experience with this item!!!!!!
Scam?!? Seriously what is going on here?!? I ordered this product and got an empty box. Then reported it and received another unit but the left bud does not work!!! :( no light no sound. I tried looking up the manufacturer to see if there are any troubleshooting methods and the manufacturer seems to not exist. Do not buy this badly run businesses product. What a scam!!!!!!! What a waist of 2 weeks of my time!!
