The best marmalade.
Being British, me and my husband were brought up eating marmalade on our toast every morning and have over 70 years of experience each.We found this marmalade in a Hyatt hotel in CA on vacation last year and were admiring it so much that the servers gave us a few little pots for home. The marmalade is not too sweet and not too tart and spreads well and we find it delicious. Rather more expensive than the Bonne Maman brand but we think we're worth this indulgence!

Not very much peel in it!
The media could not be loaded. There isn't much peel in this marmalade; IMHO peel is what defines marmalade! It's also very runny and doesn't have much consistency. This being said, the flavor is good - not too sweet. I have found a grocery store brand ("Signature", carried by Safeway) to have more peel, better consistency, and is generally less expensive. Sure wish Trader Joe's hadn't quit carrying the one they had!

Delicious
I've experimented with several marmalades, many of which were much more expensive. This was the BEST ....... more rind and slightly (in a good way) bitter. Recommend highly!

less spred, more water in jar
Same content but less spred due to higher water content: I noticed 3 days after opening the jar that the spred mass had dropped and on top there was only a thick liquid left. For me, this means that the manufacturer has not changed the quantity in the jar, but has certainly changed the quantity of spred, to the detriment of the customer: less spred, more water - I will no longer buy it again.

Too bland
The first order came damaged due to poor packaging and the jar leaked all over the box. The replacement was bubble wrapped but was loose in the box but arrived unbroken. The marmalade is supposed to be bitter orange but was bland orange. It wasn’t as good as Smucker’s which is too sweet. I’ve bought Cross and Blackwell before and it’s much better to my taste.

Poor packaging=broken jar
Close to bitter orange marmelade. I've ordered this fabulous product several times & given it as gifts. I ordered 2 jars recently. One jar arrived broken & oozing jam. I can't navigate the various options to get a refund, so -- buyer beware.
