Sundried Tomato Bread Dip and Spread

Great stuff, umami forward, a delicious substitute for summer-time ancient tomatoes on cream cheese/capers/salmon bagels. However, the shipping cost was almost equivalent to the price of the jars (my bad, thought it was a Prime item). Buy it locally and stock up, if you can find it.

First tried this while visiting Lincourt Winery in Santa Ynez. Glad to see it was available on Amazon. Shipment came so quickly. Is great on sandwiches, pasta, crackers with a little blue cheese, and on scrambled eggs. Just get creative.

Some cream cheese and Sundried Tomato dip very testy! Highly recommended!
