The fingerprint detection never worked that great for me to start with, and the new screen hasn't changed anything. Overall pleased with the purchase and would buy again. Overall better than most for s10 curved screens..tip while placing hold bottom of protector up..then apply from top to bottom and press against phone screen from top to bottom..make sure to also press on circular part over finger print sensor. Then compress the sides. How could it looks will depend on how well you your method is.
