Excellent product and very, very sharp. Well balanced and looks great. Carved the turkey and home cooked ham to perfection, easily removed the turkey breast from the carcass without leaving any waste.

The best knives you can have in an amateur kitchen, really sharp, that’s important for a good cut. Really easy to get on with, fits good in your hand, in my opinion cannot be beaten, it’s even got a sharp price.

I needed to replace several worn-out bread knives as none can cope with my homemade sourdough loaves! This isn't to say the loaves are rubbish - just the knives. This Paudin breadknife is a lovely-looking piece of kit that is exceptionally well-balanced and finished to a high standard. It's very sharp and thankfully comes with a protective sheath which is essential when the knife is being stored in a drawer. I'm very impressed with the quality of this product and am already looking at the Paudin range to replace other well-worn knives. It's not cheap - but it's certainly worth the investment and slices through my sourdough with ease.

Sharp and good for cutting homemade sourdough bread. Still needs muscles to cut up a butternut squash. The blade protection could be missing as there is a very small hard plastic piece that just sits over the tip of knife. I’ve kept the box and leave it inside until I need to use. Expected a better blade guard. Overall it’s a decent knife, looks good but not the sharpest tool in its box!

I purchased this item for my hubby for Christmas. He is knife guru and I was hopeful it would meet his standards. It is a bit bendy and not nearly as sharp as we would have expected. It is lovely to hold and feels good holding it. The speed of delivery was great.

This is my second Paudin knife (the first was a chef’s knife.). These knives are well made and a terrific bargain. My son has been baking sourdough bread, and we needed a proper bread knife to do justice to his amazing creations. These knives feel substantial, are very sharp, and do the job well.

Over all this is a great Bread knife and I am happy with my purchase! I love it for my homemade loaves Oddly enough the 8" length was the right choice to fit on my under the cabinet on my wall mount magnetic knife board A 10" bread knife is always the best choice (they do sell a 10") But with linted space the 8' fit the bill The Price is great! It looks nice and works fine - I'm sure it will last a long time Thank you PAUDIN! I also bought a 3 knife set for an incredible price
