I implore you to research on your own as well. The RAM you describe matches the compatibility specs of the MB at 2666 MhZ. If you're upgrading the already existing 16gb stick the PC comes with it does'n matter branding as long as it's 2666 MhZ to match the MB reqs (from my understanding). If you're upgrading by ADDING RAM, it's always best to get identical RAM and never mismatch size (i.e. don't put a 16gb stick with an 8gb - you won't have dual channel and get a large loss in performance). Again, can't stress enough how many articles are out there to help out. I got another HyperX 16gb stick to add to mine (different type) and it works fine. One thing people often don't understand is dual channel. Even if you have 32gb RAM you're still going to operate at 2666 MhZ but it splits it between the RAM so each stick will run 1333 MhZ. What's that mean? It means unless you're running multiple programs at a time, all the time, you don't really need more than 16gb if you're gaming and using Discord, a browser and have some stuff running in the background. I still opted to upgrade for other reasons but to each his own.
