WOW!!! What a game changer!!!I workout five days a week strength training, or so I thought I was. After using this product during my workouts, I have found myself sore in my forearms and hands (fingertips). It's like I had to learn how to workout all over again along with the soreness, of course.Soreness is a good thing for those strength training. I have also found my grip to be stronger along with improvement in my forearms (size and strength). I was skeptical at first but after using them in my first dumbbell workout, I truly felt a difference. The fatter handles make the weight feel different and I felt like I got a better workout in. Appreciate your item! Is there a discount for a second set???

Seriously, there are a lot of overhyped products on the web these days. I saw the Snake Bite grips on Instagram and while they sounded intriguing, I thought they were just another fad tool. They were interesting enough for me to look into them more. Lots of solid reviews and a very reasonable price led me to order a pair. I went black on black because I like the look better. But, let's talk about what they did for me. They arrived on a day where I was doing Arnold press during my workout. I figured I'd give them a go even though the move wasn't one where I would necessarily feel the impact of the larger grip. In the end of workout #1 I could honestly feel a bicep and forearm pump even though they weren't even secondary muscles in the exercise. Workout #2 with the Snake Bites were what sold them for me. I did chin-ups, a move that is relatively easy for me to do. The previous week I had added weights to my 5x10 sets. With the Snake Bites, I only completed one set of 10 and the rest went to failure prior to hitting 10. The grip is intense! I felt the pump in my entire arm without finishing the entire 10 reps. It made a somewhat bland exercise exciting, like can I finish the next set or how far can I go on this set. Needless to say, I did not need to add weight to feel anything in the chin-ups this time. I am super excited because I can already tell that this piece of equipment is going to increase my strength in so many ways. I doubled down by using the Snake Bites on my deadlifts. The different grip changed how I completed the otherwise easy move and added complexity.Again, I am completely sold on this product after just two uses and look forward to adding them any time I use a bar or dumbbells. I am probably going to order a second set of Snake Bites just because I super-set a lot and a second pair will cut down on the time in between lifts. Absolutely recommend!

Definitely was surprised by the quality, surpassed my expectations and I really enjoyed the bag that came along with the grips! Already got compliments on them at the gym, love em’. Serves their purpose well

Wow what a quality product! I received my grips sooner than expected. These grips are solid rubber that flex enough to fit over your dumbbells, cable handles, straight bars, and ez bar. The emblem is really cool and it even came with a nice silk tie sack for storing the grips and a pop socket style phone adapter with the company logo on it. Highly recommend these grips to someone wanting to add more concentration on your muscle groups and expand your gripping strength.

I can say this was the nest worst purchase ive ever made. What I mean is that these grips ended up being 100% worth the money for the quality and purpose, but I definetly regretted it when I first used them the first week and how hard my workouts became and how sore my muscles were the next day lol. I eventually got use to it and havent looked back since. These grips have had an amazing impact on my workouts and my muscle gain. Definetly worth the purchase!
