A: The red bag with material of 1680 d polyester,it can effectively do the waterproof in daily life.But please Do Not soak it in water, or keep it floating on water surface for long time since water would seep into through the zippers.

A: length of the scissors is 9cm (width is 4.5cm), i think it is small enough for airport hang luggage, and it's sharp and cut easily also.
