We are on Omnipod and it fits perfectly on that one. Haven't gotten 5 yet. **Q: Is the bandage latex free?** A: Yes, they are latex free and waterproof. **Q: Does the strap interfere with the PDM'S ability to communication with pod?** A: I have been using the simpatch to secure my omnpod pump since I have been using my pump. I am now on the new pump number 5 and everything is working fine. In short the strap doesn’t interfere with the connection between the pump and the dexcom. Also it doesn’t read through your body..both have to be on the same side of your body. **Q: How does it fit over the pod? We went to put it on and had to cut the strap off otherwise it didn’t secure on one side?** A: We used these when our Grand-daughter was just getting used to wearing the pod. We thought the strap over the top would help secure the product and it did seem to help. We would place the patch by aligning the top/bottom first and one side, we would then stretch the 4th side over the top of the pump and secure in place next to the pod as if the strap was not there. It isn't trivial with a moving toddler, but was possible. They do pull hair but this can't be avoided. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's like a skin graft but only temporary while holding omnipod on *by Z***. on May 4, 2025* If you sweat a lot and always struggle keeping your omnipod stuck to your body, this is a great choice. They fit really well around the pod and it's almost like a skin graft once stuck to your body. 4 stars and not 5 because of the size of them and the inclination to twist and stick to itself when applying to the body. They stick so well that you need a skin safe adhesive remover to get them off without irritating the skin too much. Side note: if you are hairy where you place your omnipod, I would recommend shaving the area.
