I absolutely love this doll! The black lipstick has some actual shine to it and the face is just perfect. I love the little sister and her blue streak in it. Yes, I am a grown man who collects/plays with/sews for Barbie dolls. I can't help myself. I knew that when I saw this particular So In Style line of dolls, I had to have one. On the surface, it seems just like another black Barbie line, but it is so much more than that. These dolls come with hair extensions, sassy clothing, and are really well styled. There is a lot of attention to detail here! What REALLY sold me on this set? The absolutely HILARIOUS miniatures of real life black hair care products included in the box. I actually own or have used the same stuff over the years, and to see it on a tiny, tiny bottle in Trichelle's hand is just too much. I love this item.My one negative note would be about the extensions included for Trichelle. The short track of hair has a rather sloppily constructed plastic weft, which is virtually unusable. I will probably just sew a new weft in - or leave it. It's just funny that she has a track at all.

I love that the dolls are different shades of brown and their features are different from one another. I also love that that are making little girl african American dolls. I wish they made little boy and more adult male african American dolls.

This set of sister dolls is very cute (as are all of the SIS dolls). The face paint and the lovely facial features are very attractive. The outfits are very cute also.
