I'm paraplegic and even I sleep in my side I bought this leg pillow to stop any pressure on my knees, I put it between my thighs and it doesn't crush down to nothing and the seams are very minimal so don't leave and masks on my skin like some others I have tried, it washes and dries well and doesn't make me too hot, it keeps my legs in the right position all night.

Surprised at how comfortable it was to sleep with. I have a bulging disc and knee pain from a bad IT Band. I also gave a tendency to half twist on to my front when sleeping. This has been incredibly helpful at keeping by hips and back stable and reducing the pain. Was easy to adjust to because the sheer relief allowed me to go to sleep quickly and not wake up for 9 hours! Somehow I managed to turn over without losing it as well. Nice soft removable cover. got this to help with hip pain i have while sleeping, but due to a disability ive always needed a knee pillow. tried this in hopes of it helping and honestly just made the knee pain worse for me, having it at my knees was too thin, having further up in my thighs just made my knees feel like they where over flexing to the sides. never helped my hip. Luckily works suprisingly well for when i need to stretch my leg out and can just rest my knee on top of it.

This pillow has really helped me sleep much better. I did wonder if it would be comfortable to sleep with a strange object between my knees - but I didn't even notice it, I slept that well. I use it every night and it has helped enormously with my usual lower back tightness and stiffness in the mornings.
