I have been using it for a few years now and haven’t had any bad experiences. The taste and consistency is much better than a lot of other drinks that are out now. I typically use the energy chews prior to a bike or run and then use the ISO Active during my workout. When training in the hotter months, I also drink some immediately following a training session.
