This is a nice little melt that does just what I hoped and no more. No side effects, just takes the edge off of high stress days. I take one at bedtime with a small dose of melatonin, and sleep well. I am calmer during the day or in stressful moments that used to get my emotions out of whack, if you know what I mean. I can now view the rough situations with a calmer, more reasonable mind. I am a family caregiver and really get tested some times, lol. I don't care for the sweet taste so much, but it's not a problem.

I have been suffering with awful leg cramps/muscle spasms and charley horses for years. Almost every single night I would be up and down crying, literally, and screaming (also literally- my poor husband, lol) in so much pain.Some days I would be unable to walk without limping and shuffling around because my muscles were so sore from hours of cramping, spasms, and charley horses.I tried anything and everything that my doctors and the internet suggested- bar of soap in my sheets? Tried it. Spoonfuls of black strap molasses? Tried it. Drinking pickle juice? Well, I kinda like that, but it doesn’t help much… Plenty of electrolytes and stayed well hydrated all the time. I took walks, and hot baths with Epsom salts. I take a magnesium supplement daily, and use the magnesium oils, creams, and foams- which help a little bit, but NOTHING took this pain away…Until I read about GABA being used for restless legs. As I read through the reviews, it seemed like it also helped some people with muscle spasms and cramping in their legs. I decided to give it a shot- it helps with anxiety, so it wouldn’t be a total loss since I’m always anxious, lol.I swear to you- I have not had ONE single night where I’ve cried in pain or jumped in and out of bed screaming since I started taking this.I take 1 about an hour before bedtime, and another if my legs are bothering me when I lay down.No more spasms, no more restlessness, no more pain. I also sleep a lot better in general. I will never stop taking these!

I think this is a good product and I and a lot of people have different reactions. It did help me relax more and sometimes it helped me to sleep and others not but all in all I think it’s a great product.

For me personally, the drug did not affect my sleep at all, only my head became tense and the tense state remained even the next day. But this does not mean that the drug does not work. Today I will try to take half a tablet. It is a known fact that GABA is perceived by people differently. Someone needs a large potency for effects, while someone, on the contrary, needs to start carefully with a small dose in order to feel the result. The same thing happens with Tryptophan and 5-HTP. You need to start with the smallest dose and add gradually. The low cost of the product allows us to try

This really helps with the power surges. I take a couple in the morning, noon and night. My OBGYN recommended them.

Dissolves quick and it has a pleasant flavor. I’ve only taken it 2 nights followed by chamomile pills and melatonin. I slept and that’s a win for me. I usually have to take sleeping pills. Hopefully this continues to work.I also felt relaxed, I was feeling a bit anxious for a few weeks.

I have high anxiety and PTSD, along with severe, chronic insomnia. Thought I would give these a try after reading the reviews, and trying just about everything else out there, including prescription medication. I’m desperate for help, seeing as Drs are reluctant to prescribe anything anymore. I didn’t have high hopes, and I was right, they did nothing for me. It’s like taking a sugar pill. Glad they help some, just not me.Also, some say the taste is bad, I didn’t find it to be awful. Not the most pleasant, but not that bad.
