I recently purchased this ladder and I must say it has exceeded my expectations.!! This compact ladder has been terrific for my work, easy to keep in my car all the time, and sturdy enough to support my 235 lb body. It is an easy up, and easy down mechanism. I have recommended to others in my field. This hasnt been used more than twice a day, so longevity of it is unknown.

This ladder is of good quality and it's easy to use. It took a few times of use to get accustomed to it but I'm very happy with my purchase. It's very sturdy, works well and takes up very little room in storage.

The media could not be loaded.  Great extendable ladder! Super easy to open to whatever height you want up to about 12', takes seconds to close with the push of a button. Closes slowly enough that it's not dangerous, and quickly enough that it's not annoying. I used it to put lights on my palm tree and roof line. Got a little nervous on the palm tree as it's not as stable against a round tree trunk as a flat roof edge. Move slowly and carefully if you don't have a stable platform. Otherwise a great affordable alternative to much heavier and more expensive traditional extendable ladders. This review was not part of any review program, etc. Just bought a good ladder based on others' previous positive reviews.

The quality and ease of use is great. Portability, adjustability and stowage is excellent. Carrying the ladder compared to regular ones is a dream. Product is sturdy and balanced staying within safety parameters stated in directions. I totally recommend this product, especially if you don't have space for standard size ladders.

I'd never seen a telescoping ladder like this until a contractor working on our previous house brought one. I decided I wanted one for our new house and bought this one based on the reviews. It's great -- nothing to complain about.

Love our ladder very handy and compact great for storage it doesn’t take up a lot of space but still feel safe holding ladder when someone is using it. I feel better .

Just what we needed!! A little rocky when extended fully but exactly what we needed and great easy storage when it’s collapsed

This is very convenient for putting in my suv for jobs. It is not meant for outside winter weather (snow spots) and not sure I would want to climb up more than 5 or 6 platforms without someone holding it safely at the bottom.works for what I need it for.

Received the ladder. Very happy with the versatility of it. However when we opened the package there was a large dent on the top rung of the ladder. The original packaging was not damaged in any way and the outer packaging from Amazon was not damaged in any way. Considering the amount of money the ladder cost was disappointed to see damage from the original manufacturer.
