Great for a Halloween Costume accessory
I am using this for a Halloween costume. It's 2 layers of tule, the bottom is pink, the top is multicolored. I did try it on (because I'm a larger woman - size 12 jeans usually) and it fit even over my Jean shorts, but I would say it probably wouldn't go too much larger. Also, it was longer than expected (which I liked), about mid thigh and I'm about 5'5".

It was a good buy for the money. It was intended as a costume and it was great for that. It would fit as a tutu a junior size small, med and large.
