Yes, they stay on very well. I have replaced all the rubber backs of my National Parks and Disney pins and they work great!

Does product have the pin and clutch?

This product is only the back and fits on a pin. Not really sure what a clutch is but like I said this is only the backing. I bought them to fit on the back of some national park and Disney pins that only come with rubber backs. These fit and hold better so there is less chance of losing your pins.

Is there a link for the blank pins to go with these?

These backs are to replace the rubber backs that come with some pins that don't work well.

Does thia fit disney pins?

Yeah, they do. I really liked these because they did a good job at keeping the pin secure. I actually ended up trading all of my old pin backing for these
