The Army Painter Plastic Frame Cutter

Bought this item nearly two years ago and still works as needed for my miniatures. There’s not much to say since I only use these for the plastic sprue that miniatures come in. For my abusive use I usually use my more beat up cutters, but overall good item.

These are great for my modeling needs and they're made pretty well

I started off with a cheap set from a starter kit. Cutters are cutters right? I bought these just to see. Worth every penny, much less filing off or worrying about smashing edges. I can get much closer to the models and the cuts are much cleaner and sharper. The handle feels solid and fits nice. Do wish I wouldn't have waited 4 years to upgrade to a nicer set.

They work great

Initially I wanted to give 3 stars because of the condition they arrived in. The clippers were dirty, and there was a lot of dirty oil on it. The tension is ok, but the spring is weak. However these do cut well and cleanly so 4 stars from me.

I got these to replace my GW cutters after the spring decided to pursue other ventures in its life. These ones are perfect so far! They are comfortable and lightweight in the hand, and easily clip the pieces from the sprue. As with most cutters made for this level of thickness, you will have a bit of cleanup to do on the model afterward, but the action itself is smooth as butter. The cap for the end was an added bonus. I own a few pairs of cutters, and only these and my God Hands came with a cover. I love the forethought given to protecting your investment.

Not as good as the Gods Hand ones but those are $50+, so these are excellent!
