It's ok for a cheap turbo.
Have not used it yet as I put my project on hold.However the bearings/bushings gave a great amount of slack in it.The compressor wheel is very close to contacting the housing.I suspect it will not last long.However a real TD025M turbo cost about $700 more than this one does.I will pull this one apart and machine some new bearings.
