TRASH! Box was missing parts. And there is a note telling you if parts are missing to contact them. You shouldn’t have to go through that. Also it looks even cheaper than it does online.

Good for hanging clothes but not 100% stable without screwing into the washer / dryer - magnet is not strong enough

This garment rack is easy to assemble and lightweight which makes it portable if needed, but it is really unstable and won't hold many clothes. I needed it for our girls rental house for college, but I don't trust that will hold all the clothes that a girl will bring to college so I am going to return it and get something a little studier. This would be perfect if you didn't have much to hold.

I have been a dedicated Amazon customer for several years now and I rarely shop anywhere other than this website. I have never written a review (I don't know how people find the time even though I always read the reviews and appreciate them) but I had such a great experience that I made an exception this once. A few weeks ago, I was searching through the garment racks Amazon had to offer and added this product to my shopping cart because I was "thinking" of buying it. I hadn't made up my mind yet. I logged off that day without purchasing anything. A few days later, I hopped back on Amazon to search for other products... a pair of boots, slip, and a Halloween costume. I considered buying the garment rack, but then decided to save it for another day because I wanted to stay in my budget for the time being and the garment rack didn't cut it. I bought the other items. The next week, I came home and found the garment rack waiting at my door... so either I forgot to "save it for later" or I changed my mind at the last minute and decided to get it and then maybe I forgot that I changed my mind? Regardless, I decided to return it because the day before I had made up my mind that I was going to get a more expensive rack with wheels once I had the money to make the purchase. I went on Amazon's site again to go through the returns process and was pleased to learn that not only would my purchase be refunded 100% but Amazon was also allowing me to keep the garment rack. It was a truely wonderful surprise after being a loyal customer for several years and paying the return shipping and handling on items more than a few times. As far as the product itself goes, I would agree with the other customers feedback that the rack is flimsy. However, its simple, saves space, and it gets the job done if you just need it for a couple lightweight items. My boyfriend is using it now for his work shirts and I'm still planning to get a more elaborate clothing rack from Amazon that has shelves attached :-)

Totally worth it! The Design Twins hit this one out of the park! I have a newly remodeled laundry room & although small, the drying closet takes up space & this little gadget is very versatile. I have had it attached to both sides of the washer & repositioning it was so easy! The hanger arm can be swung left or right when not in use. The magnet is incredibly strong & holds the garments perfectly for steaming or air drying. So glad i purchased!

Omg. Has this company heard of quality control? NONE of the screws fit into the holes they were supposed to go into. I read a review that said that maybe people were having trouble putting the screws in because of the angle. NOPE. I tried to put the screws in BY THEMSELVES, with nothing to skew up the angle they were going into the hole, and it simply did not fit. I literally had to use a heavy duty rotary tool, to bore out the holes, until they could fit the screws.ATTENTION FACTORY: if people are buying suck a simple rack, they usually don’t have heavy duty tools, to finish the job you should have done in the factory.After finally fitting in the screws, the metal clip that gets screwed on to attach both metal bars together did not hold the rack tightly enough. So, one of the bottom foot bars twists out at an angle, instead of vertically hitting the floor.It’s good for a cheap bedroom display rack with like 5 items, but not for something you actually need to depend on. And definitely not something you should expect to work, the way it comes out of the box. You will need heavy duty tools, just to get it to be assembled the way intended.
