2X Bartoline Creocote Light Brown 4 Litre

Bought for my recently purchased shed. Good value for money, smells like and paints on like the original creosote. Excellent substitute.

Good value, it does what it says, it's better than the water based treatments & soaks into the wood thus a proper preserver.

Keeps wood looking more natural. Bit messy to paint on , but effective.

It looked so dark when I first applied it, but the next day it had lightened. The wood looks great now and so natural.(I think some of the photos shared here, were directly after applying, rather than when it had dried)I will be applying again tomorrow, and will take pics of before and after to show that it really does turn out beautifully after having had time to dry.Definitely a great buy for the price.It's quite thin and oily to apply, so I wore gloves whilst applying.Easy to apply, smell is not as bad as some of the reviews would suggest.I have found my new favourite fence preservative.Have also purchased more as I want to have more should I need it.Very, very happy with this purchase.

Great way to make the outside rough wooden parts ready for fixing. So much like old creosote used to be.

Great stuff. Made my fence panels look like new again. Bonus is that the odd splashes that get on the concrete posts dry out, so can’t be seen.

I used the light brown giving me the choice of seeing the natural wood or easily painting in the future
