THE PRICE WAS INCREDIBLE FOR NUTELLA LOVERS. BOUGHT 1 FOR EACH OF MY KIDS. WHO DOESNT LOVE A BUCKET OF NUTELLA WITH A HANDLE

Bought 2 of these for my daughter's as they love to bake and Nutella is a household favorite but the products came damaged and leaking. No refunds or replacements on this product are available. While we love Nutella I will never buy it this way again! 12 pounds of Nutella bought just to throw away since we have no idea when or how it was damaged/ opened. I recommend buying elsewhere.

The larger container makes it easier to use without getting all messy and you can clean it out better than the little jar. Be careful for the double dippers (party foul). And you might order it in the winter so that is shipped at a colder temperature because there is no “this side up” or anything for the delivery person to know not to squish a tube of this out into the box. No money back it’s your problem now lol. My kids don’t care ate it out of the box. Thanks for nothing Amazon lol. But the product is good and the delivery driver didn’t even know what’s in there, so you can’t be to hard on him.

Hello Previously, I bought bulk chocolate-hazel nut spread. That was great! I coulkd taste chocolate and Haxelnut. I found a reasonable bulk supply of Nutell Hazelnut spread. Then I tasted the spread. I was greatly disappointed. It appears to have chocolate in the mix. The taste seems diluted. The Hazelnut flavor is non-existant. I bought a bulk volume at a reasonable price but the flavor is just absent. For this reason I rate this a one star. I can't in good conscience say this is worth buying. It seems adulterated with a poor formula. This is probably a Sales vs Chef fight that Sales won. I will not be buying this again!

My only complaint is the shipping. Both containers were busted up and the product leaked out into the box. I lost about 1/4 of each container. There was no padding around the plastic containers, therefore, with the weight, and no warning label of the containers being FRAGILE, the handling was not accordingly. There was plastic wrapping, but that only contained surrounding packages from being contaminated. I'm disappointed, because now what is left over that I can use, will spoil or also be contaminated from the surroundings unless I can find other sizeable containers to transfer the Nutella into. Having the larger-sized tubs, is great, however, now I have to spend way more money to try and find bigger containers than I have to hold what is left. I lost I don't know how much from the tubs that leaked out during transport.

Is there anyway that you can send it as fragile because ei think in the process of the delivery they just dropped the box around, and is a fact this is the third time that always one or the two of the comes like, I going to keep buying this product to you but please keep in mind if you can marked as fragile please and thank you Note: by the way good ideas on the grappling that helps on the messy side :)
