Caramel Custom Stainless Steel Pendant Necklace with Personalized Engraving 3 Shapes and 9 Chains to Choose

I was very apprehensive when I ordered these because of the low price, but I didn't have a lot of money to spend so I went with these. I received them today and the quality is amazing for the price. The necklaces have some significant weight and the chains (I ordered chain option #2 for all the necklaces) are much thicker than I thought they would be - 1/8". The pendants are heavy and solid as well. The shield pendant I received is 1 3/4" by 1 1/4" without the bail and approximately 1/16" thick.They aren't perfectly polished - when I run my finger over the engraved areas they are a little rough, and if I look at them in bright light from the side I can see some light scratches. They look nearly flawless straight on, so the cosmetic issues aren't a concern for me, especially for the price. The engraving is crisp and looks great.I didn't have any issues with anything being broken and there were no kinks in the chains. I also ordered three different colored boxes and all were matched up with their necklaces correctly. As far as misspellings - you will get what you order, so it is worth double and triple checking what you enter for the engraving. For just under $10 per necklace I am extremely pleased.

I ordered this on the Cyber monday rush (without Prime) and expected it to came in January (holiday rush+embroidering) but it came early. I absolutely love the necklace and embroidery and the fact that you can make it your own chosing font and text with no extra cost. The only thing that I did not like was the image of the chains because you couldn’t really see them, but all chains are great and large enough to fit on my heat without unlatching it (and I have a big nose, so I can rarely do that). The only thing that I wish I knew was that the chains are Silver, so if you get a gold charm it will be gold on silver, but It looks good.

Came before I expected. Very nice quality chain, it's a little long, but it's so nice. I'm 5'3" and the pendant sits about at my mid chest, so I tuck it in my shirt like dog tags for the military. I wanted it for a mama gift to myself and put my kids names on it, but decided to use the backside of the pendant for my emergency medical information. I wear it often and have had no issues as far as comfort. I get compliments, one of the names aren't lined up as well, but overall a great job on this custom necklace! I want to order some as gifts for other moms I know.

I ordered this as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend and he loved it. But a few months later I accidentally broke it so I had to find away to buy it back. I contacted the sellers and they agreed to send it back because I didn’t see a way to buy the chain alone on here. I just order the customized one and they send the extra chain with it. They have awesome customer service and I recommend it. Caramel is so underestimated and they should be more appropriated because hey treat is as customers with respect and value our satisfaction.

Super fast shipping. I received mine today and wasn’t expecting to get it until another week or two! It is really pretty. The writing is small but you can clearly read it and see it which I love. My favorite part is that you can engrave both sides! I did put the pendent on a higher quality chain that I have, but the chain it comes with seems really good too. Definitely recommend it!

When it arrived, the chain was broke, there were misspelled words (I know I typed it correctly) it had scratches all over the surface, and it didn’t look like a heart. Overall terrible quality and not worth buying. It’s best to just buy something a title more expensive because this is cheap for a reason. It’s made cheap.

My pendant arrived exactly as I ordered. Pendant arrived much earlier than shipping indicated. Size of pendant was accurate. This makes an overall great gift. The only thing I would change is the chain it comes with. Very cheap. I intend to purchase a nicer chain. The pendant is a great value. I did not expect much from the included chain. That’s the only reason for not giving this product five stars. I would buy this product again.

This necklace was definitely one of the best I've had! I bought the heart shaped one over a year ago and still not even a scratch on the steel and still looking brand new
