These are absolutely perfect! Exactly what I was looking for! So happy to display these for my upcoming birth. Great quality printed on card stock, great size, beautiful colors, perfect affirmations and packaged great! It was so nice to see a personal testimony of another mom and the thoughtfulness that went into producing the product.

We had a mother’s blessing and these cards went home with mom for delivery after we each drew one and talked about our experiences and sent her off with her own power!

I used these cards for the first time on Thursday, they were a great tool for mom who wanted to have a natural..unmedicated birth after cesarean.

I really enjoy these cards for my meditation practice and for preparing for labor. I think the color art also makes them feel special. All great messages and they are great quality.

I used them during birth but I was in too much pain to have my eyes open so my husband just kept reading them to me outloud. They are super cute and I wish I would've broke them out earlier in labor lol. Anyway afterwards I gave them as a gift to my doula!

The cards are made of quality paper and have a heaviness to them. They seem durable. Mine almost feel like a shiny linen texture paper.However I made the mistake of not reading all the messages on the card. They use the word “pain” and “contraction” which aren’t used in hypnobirthing. You could just pull out the cards that don’t speak to what you want though.They don’t come in a pouch or case so you need to figure out how to keep them all together.Read all the messages before your purchase to make sure the majority of them or all of them are what you want for your prenatal and for labor.

I cannot say enough good things about these cards! I took them to the hospital with me and had my husband hang them on the wall beside my bed, and they seriously helped sooooo much during each contraction. They helped me to focus on something other than the pain and helped to give me something to say in my head over and over. I would give this as a gift to any woman expecting a baby!

I laminated them for when I’m at a birth, I love them!
