When contacted, they stated: "On certain items there is custom shipping that includes product costs as well." Obviously they should have listed this tiny ring for $4 more than they did and then charged the normal S&H fees. This ring does not cost $4 more to ship than any other item. This looks exactly like an eBay-style rip-off attempt (low item cost, high S&H fees). This kind of price gouging degrades the entire purchase experience.
