Great primer for dry skin. Works with with the other products of Jane Iredale, especially if you use the powder and hydrating setting spray.... makes skin look smooth. Not drying. I have dry skin, but still like to wear a powder and not a heavy foundation. Most powders are drying to my skin, this one works very well for me.

Works incredibly well as a foundation primer. Once I found this ( a sample given to me) I will never use moisturizer underneath my foundation. This product is amazing at creating the perfect surface for one of my two foundation products - Clinique or Laura Mercier (Depends on the season for me as to which I use!) No pilling of my foundation, which always happened to me even if I used expensive moisturizer! This is so much better. Apply, then give yourself a minute before applying foundation.

I fortunately discovered this product several years ago, and have since enjoyed using it daily along with the lightweight tinted moisturizer and other items. I do not look "caked", shiny or oily. Perfect make-up for a natural, healthy appearance. Also, I've noticed benefits to my overall skin condition. I highly recommend Jane Iredale makeup, and coming from a 78 year old lady who likes to look good, that is indeed a compliment.

I have been using this PRIMER for several months. The makeup goes on much smoother, the age spots are a lot less noticeable, and my makeup last throughout the day. Using Jane Iredale Facial Primer and Brightener is now part of my makeup routine.

I keep it in the fridge and just love it! I alternate between this and Bobby Brown face base.

I have only been using this product for a little less than a week but so far so good. This primer has a very lightweight, easy to apply feel to it that I really like. I was previously using MAC primer, and the texture on this product is better. I use it under my Jane Iredale pressed powder foundation and it seems to do a good job. I would say that this may not be the best fit for oily skin.

I have used this primer for years now. I'd put on a full face of Jane Iredale make-up back in the day, and people would always comment on how great my face looked. Now I use a tinted sunblock with this primer underneath, and it definitely makes a difference in appearance versus when I only wear the sunblock. I live in Texas where it gets HOT & I sweat like crazy, so this primer is much needed. I like the feel of it and its scent.

This was originally recommended by a beauty clinic and was buying a new bottle as the first one ran out. This is such a great product! The smell is amazing (a bit orangey but not overwhelming at all). It leaves your skin feeling nice and silky. I use this under the Jane Iredale foundation
