Not standard ddr2
The description and label on ram states ddr2,but it is not the standard ddr2 pinout.the keyway is that of ddr3 so ram physically will not fit in the slot.Nowhere in the product description does it specify this.

This will not fit a DELL 140g! Very disappointed.
