Only one or the other will play sound. I cannot get them to pair together so that I have sound coming from both. So disappointing. My concerns are as follows: dies after 45 mins-1hr, the buds are rather large for my likely and do not fit in my ear comfortably, people have trouble hearing me and continue to say that I'm talking extremely low, and the earbuds disconnect from the bluetooth randomly and forces you to completely reconnect/sync. Received it, and pairing went pretty smoothly. Sound was decent too - although I use it mainly to listen to audiobooks/podcasts. However, after about 30 minutes with the earbuds in the ear, my ear was feeling quite tender. I did not have the uncomfortable/painful feeling when borrowing my sons Airpods. It seems that the earbud portion is slightly bigger than the Apple Airpods, and it was exerting just enough pressure on the ear to make using these very uncomfortable.
