I can't say enough good things about this product from only using it about two weeks. I heard about it listening to Rhonda Patrick, a health influencer and scientist. She said she used it for immune support. Then I did some research and found that it's helpful for people who need immune support, but also sleep and gut issues. I have problems with all three of those! However, I did hear that it's not great if your gut moves too slowly, which has never been my problem. All my life I've had the opposite issue, and this product has made a huge difference with my gut. Even better than when I've used probiotics and fiber. I'm actually still trying to use this product along with probiotics and fiber later in the day, and I drink this first thing in the morning with cool water and lemon. I've also been sleeping very well. Not sure if this has affected my sleep, but I can absolutely say it has improved my gut.

First, I want to say this product is sold by weight not volume (specified on the container) so all the reviews that throwing a fit about half full/half empty are not valid. Get all the powder out and weight it before making a could be false accusation. I didn’t get a measuring spoon inside so I used my own round table spoon as instructed and I got 60 servings. Level spoon or heap full would also make different. Let’s be reasonable! I started to have gluten intolerance 20 years ago, bloating, acid reflux, along with many unspeakable symptoms. Three years ago I saw a presentation on leaky gut from a famous doctor and realized that my problems were probably related to that and I ordered the supplement at the end of the presentation. It was special price and affordable at the promotion but after I finished I could not afford to buy more. After taking the leaky gut supplement for 18 months, I was completely cured of all the symptoms so I knew I had to continue with taking it but needed to find another affordable high quality replacement. I found this! It fit all the requirements! No gluten, no sugar, no soy, all ingredients that are not agreeable with my digestive system. I ordered and now I subscribed to monthly delivery. This product would help to maintain the gut linings and repair on occasions if needed but it’s still up to the person to not ingest anything that is known to irritate his/her digestive system in order to keep the supplement effective and the digestive system healthy. If not, it would be like keep eroding the gut linings then repair it then lead scared tissue then non repairable. No supplement could help if one does not follow at least a basic plan of prevention.

I found this just when I needed it during a terrible Colitis flare when I didn't know what I could eat that wouldn't make things worse. It is so soothing to the whole GI tract and helps to reduce the inflammation that causes the pain - while helping to heal leaky gut. The seller is the innovator of Essential Stacks of which this product is one, as well as the Friendly Prebiotics supplement that I also use. I will not be without these as they help so much and are affordable compared to others that are not nearly as good, in my opinion (: Search Goodbye Leaky Gut online and learn the best ways to heal as well as what works best for early stages of inflammation. I have almost no symptoms after only 2 months! And be sure to take Lactobacillis Reuteri probiotic to restore the balance in the gut microbiome that most of us are missing! It makes a wonderful yogurt that is easy to make and it works wonders! I'm telling everyone, we don't need to suffer ~

I really like this! The Raspberry/Lemonade flavor is great with my morning Tea, as I am trying to lessen my decaf coffee intake and repair my gut. The con is, it has a grainy finish. No bueno. But, that doesn't stop me from ordering it. I've gone through two containers and I feel like it helps.

Great powder! Just as good as more expensive versions!

This stuff works well. I allways take it first thing every morning on an empty stomach. Since taking it I have noticed that I can tolerate certain foods better, better digestion, and even alcohol gives me less of a head ache if any at all. I also noticed that it make me more regular.

NOTE: The number of servings listed on the label is misleading. It says one scoop is 5 g, but one scoop is 7.5 g! So if you use " a scoop " you are using more than one serving, and then you will run out faster than you planned. It's inconvenient to have to tap out part of the scoop. They should put a 5 g scoop in the container!
