I have been a hypnotist for more than forty years, and I have been looking for a book with well-crafted scripts and strategies for the stage and street hypnotist. The Street & Stage Hypnosis Handbook by Rory Z Fulcher is it and I am glad I found it.Over the years I have purchased many books on stage and street hypnosis only to find the same old stuff. How to set up a stage show, what safety precautions should be taken into account, suggestibility and induction scripts, and lists of funny or amusing skits that could be used in a show. This handbook is filled with new and classic stage and street hypnosis routines/skits, well written and crafted scripts with simple yet powerful hypnotic language patterns that you will be able to add right into your show.Each of the methods is laid out with information as to where this script may be best suited for: i.e., Stage, Street or both. The type of Phenomena the routine provides: i.e., Compliance to Suggestion, Positive/Negative Hallucinations, Sence Alteration, Amnesia and Catalepsy to name a few. A well written and crafted script. My personal favorite is Rory’s Additional points, where his personality really shines through, his comments and suggestion to make the routine rock and many of his additional points have caused me to laugh-out-loud just reading them, can't wait to put many of these skits into action at my next show.The Street & Stage Hypnosis Handbook is a must-have for any Stage or Street Hypnotist.

This book is a great book. Broken down step by step with a lot of little nuggets if you look for them in plane text.I have done sports psychology and Hypnosis for 7years and this book is one of the better one out there. I refreshed my memory on a few things I had forgotten and added some new things to what I am already doing. great stuff.Highly recommend both of his books.

This book is so very helpful for this newbie Hypnotist wanting to explore deeper into the world of Stage hypnotist!

I watched the YouTube episode of the writer and implemented the instructions and succeeded from the first application of course translated the words to my Arabic and the loop entitled Learn to Hypnotise - Hand Drop / 8 Word Rapid Induction Hypnosis.The book is very practical and powerful and its fast application style is highly recommended

Just got the book and everything inside is nice and concise and to the point.Great routines to inspire you to create your own versions, as Rory makes suggestions as to additions and other revisions.So glad to have this one in the library, especially as I prepare my next show!

A thoughtful brilliant author who gives you what you need to know to help and entertain people. Teaches that the mind is where our lives come from and how to change it to a more positive narrative.

Not a super good "handbook" for beginners. And the physical quality of the book is below average. 1 in every 20 pages feel out

Totally love this book. I have spent the most enjoyable day reading this amazing book and will clearly be reading it again and again... There is so much useful content I don't quite know where to start. The author, Rory, has started with the sensible part of safety and ethical considerations before covering the essential 'pre-talk' giving us not only a choice of 2 stage pre-talks but a massive 5 versions for street. Rory then goes on to give a fantastic range of suggestibility tests and very useful (and important) tips on how to choose and manage volunteers. This sets us up beautifully to be able to follow the exquisite wording for the mammoth range of scripts for routines covering everything from the start of the show with seated versions through to the more active standing and movement ones. Yet, he doesn't stop there! He gives us a range of fabulous post-hypnotic suggestions and sound advice on how to end the show. Whatever your level of experience, you will learn something from the book. It is irresistible!!!

I have done a couple of stage shows before and reading through this book has been eye opening as to where I went wrong and what I can do better in the future. This book covers everything that you need as a performer of hypnosis, even if it is just for friends when conversation gets a little slow.The scripts are easy to follow and written so that you don't have to follow them exactly, you can add your own flare and there is a skit for everyone.If you have thought about getting into stage/street hypnosis then you need this book. And if you have thought about learning hypnosis or hypnotherapy then I can honestly recommend any work done by Rory.
