There was a design flaw and one of the straps was not sewn together properly. I would have returned it, but we didn't open it until we needed to use it. I had to stitch it together myself and I hope it holds. It's disappointing that this happened for the cost of the backpack. Also one of the cords does not fit in the charging port on the bag. I wouldn't purchase this backpack again.

Had ordered the one looking just like the picture where it's is supposed to be luminous. Well it came with white lettering and it does not luminate. Had got it as a Christmas present for my 15 year old daughter so didn't have the time to return it and get another one so she has just lived with the one they sent

My granddaughter wanted this for her birthday. She picked it out but didn't bother to read info correctly. She was disappointed that it didn't have charging cables. Otherwise she us happy with it.

Ok so i originally only got this to replace my 5 year old bad that was WAY too big and i wanted something to say helloo to my fellow anime fans without it screaming at plp. I got what i paid for truth be told.Sure it dosent glow as bright as in the picture is advertising but i was bright enough to save my ass from getting run over at night walking home one night so 5 for the life savibg part.I accidentally ordered 2 and gave the extra to a coworker for her sister as a gift. She loved it. I set both up to save her time.So far so good. Would get again sice its fan merch and its not like I'm going to fill this thing with rocks and go up a mountain thinking it'll stay with out rips or tear. But it holds my work stuff, tablet, phone and stuff pretty good.I mean it went to mexico and back with me and not a single rip dispite the lil monsters jumping on me to try and topple me down to the ground.Also met fellow anime fans right away without uttering a single world here in the states and in Mexico.

As others have mentioned, for the price, I was pleasantly surprised with the materials used to make the bag. Seems durable and made of quality fabric. The UA "glowed" almost instantaneously for us once we had it in a darker area. This was supposed to be used as part of a Halloween costume but my son had other plans and instantly switched it to his school backpack. We'll see how it holds up as it is pretty full today. I also initially didn't expect it to fit his lunchbox, but it easily did along with a Chromebook, planner, reading book and a work book (among whatever else made it into the bag). There are some small sewn in pockets in the interior of the bag for pencils and electronics.I did put the two cables in and think I've got them in there right. He may not use them much, but I added them so we didn't lose the cables. There is a nice rubbery compartment to add both and a zippered covering to keep them in the "pocket" if they come loose.I will try and update review this once the bag has gotten some additional everyday use.

Spacious than expected. Good material.
