Purchased for a friend to replace broken belt loop

It's just amazing the price of this...you can't even buy a piece of leather for that. It works perfectly well and the belt loops are big enough for even larger rigs.However, the leather that it comes in was dry as a bone. If you want a darker, more characteristic leather look that matches your bags, you can soak this in any type of oil. When it soaks in oil, it'll get darker.

I carry everything from large framing hammers to rather small hammers for finish work, and this loop fits the bill for all of them. It's built solid, and you can position it wherever you like on your waist. It's also a great addition if you happen to need a second hammer with you, but your tool belt only has room for one.

I like that it's cheap and light. Holds my hammer just fine, I recommend conditioning it with leather conditioner just to help make it softer. Was kind of hard getting it on the belt but now that it's on my tool belt it works just like any other hammer loop would. Will definitely buy it again

Excellent, didn’t expect anything less... basic hammer holder is all I needed, saw a $5 CLC and bought it instantly.CLC bags were my first set my dad gave me 20 years ago. Best tool bags you can get!

All local stores handle larger holders and multi use holders. This was perfect for my hammer only.

One side of steel loop looks like it was double stamped when forming.One Side of steel loop was mis-formed..Loop was not mounted evenly onto leather pieceWill use as is and will not return.As others have mentioned, hanger piece is stapled to leather hanger piece.
