Fit perfectly
I bought an old band saw that was missing a guid block. Saw these, installed them and they work great! Much cooler than the originals

These are such a simple but impactful upgrade to a bandsaw. Pays for itself in blade life. Buy it!

These work very well, but also have some shortcomings.
I bought these to replace the steel blade guides on my Delta 14" bandsaw. The steel guides had been chewed up the blade and were in pretty rough shape. They're a bit pricey for what you get--4) 1/2 x 1/2 x 1 inch pieces, which would work well for some saws. They work for 3 of the guides on my bandsaw, but the 4th guide is 3/8 x 1/2 inch, is inserted at approx. 45 degrees to the blade. This requires you to cut down the 4th block, and put a 45 degree bevel on it-- I just used the side of my grinding wheel, but I recommend you wear gloves and a mask if you do, due to the phenolic dust and heat generated by the grinding.I think they will last a long time, so I may not have to ever replace them, but would I buy them again?? Yes, since a set configured like my saw uses would be very expensive, if they are even available anymore (my saw is almost 60 years old).

Very east to fit
They arrived but were to large for my old band saw. Someone mentioned grinding then down to size. I just ran them agains my sander and fantastic. Not an issue at all. They came down to size in moments. Now the saw is quiet again verses the screamer I had

A great improvement over factory blocks
I've got a fairly cheap 14" bandsaw that came with metal guide blocks. These were very easy to swap in, although I did have to shim them with a little card stock, as they are a little undersized compared to the stock blocks.Still, once in, they are great. Since they are low friction, you can get them much closer to the blade than stock blocks, meaning overall better blade support. I'm a fan.
