Not the flavor I was looking for.
While this seasoning isn't bad, it's just not the flavor I was looking for. The Southwest, Mesquite, and Chicken seasonings are OK. I definitely wouldn't call them great. You need to use a lot of the seasoning to really get a good flavor that stays through cooking. I was hoping result that would allow me to make fajitas at home that are as good as restaurant fajitas without the hassle of a marinade. Unfortunately, these just don't make the cut.The jar of salt-free seasoning is worthless. It tastes like ground black pepper mixed with garlic powder. Nothing else comes through.
