Mrs. Anderson’s Baking Non-Stick Silicone Baking Mat, 11.625-Inch x 16.5-Inch

I've had this mat for about a month now and have used it several times, mostly to bake savory items (potatoes, tempeh, roasted veggies, etc). It's been wonderful! It's a lifesaver for me when I'm trying to use less oil in cooking. My only issue is that it doesn't fit either of my baking sheets very well. For one, it's too short and marinade tends to drips down to the pan. For the other, it's a bit to big and I have to stuff it into the pan to make it lie flat. But these are small things to contend with :)

No lube required. Nothing sticks even with egg-wash that hits the bottom. I have done water bagels, Jewish rye and french bread. With parchment you have to grease the pan and then the paper. With the silicone sheet, the pan comes out perfectly clean.Now I need to walk off some of the calories. Those chewy bagels are addictive.

Has a perfumey odor that doesn't wash or rinse off, and is detectable in the cookies baked on it. Only used once in 300 degree oven, and carefully cleaned before and after. Buy a real Silpat.

It's like they were designed to go together. Cookies came off easily, no warping, floppiness, or discoloration after a few bakes at 375F. Hoping these are as good in ten years as right out of the package, because they sure are nice!

It's easy to clean. The mat I think stays in place in the pan or on the counter and I can even store it upright and it does not fold over like other mats

These baking sheets are fabulous! I bake a lot, so I used to go through parchment paper really fast. It was adding to the landfill and costing me a bunch of money. These sheets are so easy to clean. Then you just roll them up and put them back in the box. Easy to store, easy to clean, great to bake with.

En si mismo, el tapete es de buena calidad y cumple su propósito. Lo malo es que el producto se oferta como un "set of 2", por lo que yo esperaba 2 tapetes, y solo llegó uno.Me lo quedé porque Amazon solo me dió la opción de devolver todo el pedido, el cual incluía otros artículos que si quería y estaba conforme con ellos.

Muy practico, en tamano y calidad!!!
