The company who shipped me this product however is EXCELLENT they shipped the product nicely packaged and supported, it came in less time that it was suppose to and when they heard about the troubles I had they instantly processed a refund for me without needing to even return the broken merchandise. She is only 3 months old and so we thought this would be a good gift for Christmas. They live 3 hours away and we took it out there in the middle of December so that it could be used right away. When my son took it out and set it up it didnt work! We are going out there 2 weeks after Christmas to get it so that we can return it. I told them to purchase something else so that they would have something for her room now while she needs it.
