Hoosier Hill Farm Buttery Cheddar Seasoning, Flavor Boosters, 1LB (Pack of 1)

Recently saw this new flavor and decided to try it. We have been fans of the big daddy mac powder for a long time on popcorn and Mac & cheese and after trying the buttery cheddar and think this is our new go-to. It tastes great!

Usually use a "normal" cheese powder but decided to try the buttery one this time. Have used on both popcorn and in mac and cheese...but not alone in the mac n cheese, mixed with other real cheeses. It has proven to be amazing on both. Normally, my husband only wants a small bowl of popcorn, but now he wants a big bowl if I'm using this buttery cheese powder!! If you are wondering if there is a difference between a normal cheddar powder and this buttery cheddar powder, I can tell that there is definitely a difference.

I bought this as a popcorn topping thinking based on the options in my Grocery Store this would be a good value. For the Price and what you get this is a good value. This has the Consistency of Boxed Mac and Cheese Powder. To be honest you have to put a lot of it on your Popcorn and you need a Binding Agent to get the Powder to Stick to it. A Popcorn Butter Spray is probably the easiest way to achieve this. I am really leaning after trying this on Popcorn a couple of times to probably use this more in a Recipe that needs a Cheese Flavor Base as opposed to putting it on Popcorn, but that is my opinion.

This product tastes like powdered butter. There is no cheddar flavor or cheese taste at all. The taste is horrible. This is the risk of ordering food products on Amazon. Now I am out 15 bucks and stuck with a poor quality product. Just FYI we tried it on popcorn and home made chex mix. The color does not even resemble cheese it is a pale orange product.

Very good mix on popcorn. Appears you can use it on other foods. I'll buy it again.

Hello, I am not able to eat most regular cheeses due to a gallstone issue, missing out on cheese was the worst thing I LOVE cheese.. So tried this powder, I was amazed & so happy - on eggs on a sandwich in a pasta dish, it doesn't take much to get the flavor I want, it is wonderful. Next I will try adding a bit of milk to see if I can successfully make some mac & cheese.. If you are wondering about getting this- and are creative. Do it.. It is lower fats than regular cheese & is so easy to use.

Let's face it cheese is life. When I saw it coukd order cheese in powder form my formerly dull world exploded with cheese buttery goodness. Yes it's expensive but in my not very humble opinion oh so worth it. Perfect for popcorn but try it on mash potato yummy , veggies turn tempting at a mere suggestion of cheese, and sourdough bread with a cheese swirl..to die for.. if you purchase and you hate it send it to me, I'll use it all.

This is the best! Tastes just like Kraft (US). In the country I live in now, the same brand of Mac N Cheese tastes completely different from the US. This filled that hole I have had in my life since moving. No more smuggling suitcases of the stuff into the country! Also, I like mine a bit more cheesy and tangy. With this, I can add as much powder as I like. Dreams really do come true!

This product is currently not available. I wish it was as I used it regularly. My whole family loved it for popcorn, dips and pasta. Here's hoping it makes a return.
