GONZALEZF.O.F Bb Clarinet Reeds Strength 3.5

These reeds are junk! Had to throw them all away. We know that happens occasionally with all the manufacturers, but when it does, there is at least one playable reed. Not so here. I would recommend the Rico Reserve for a better use of your money.

I have tried 3 different kinds of rice reeds (Rico reg Rico reserve rice royal) and 2 different kinds of vandoren reeds rue lepic 56 and vandoren regular) I have found these reeds to be Far Better Than any other reed by a long shot. They are a Must to have if you want good tone and easy response, I am the bast sounding clarinetist for this reason these reeds! They play strait out of the box and you dont even have to break them in. In a box of 10 All of them play great But 8 of the 10 in the box play absolutely out standing where as the other 2 play like vandoren reeds! This company Does a Very good job at producing consistent reeds also.

These are the most consistent reeds I have ever used, and for me the longest lasting. To get them to play well they need some balancing, but that is minor. Once I flatten the bottom of the reed they are stable, and I hardly have to touch it again. Every reed in the box will play.
