I’m gonna guess no. If it opened mid flight the entire plane would succumb to the fumes. It is very vaporous and must always be used in a well ventilated area.

Depends on what you are bonding....If used correctly to bond styrene yes it is water proof because the styrene fuses together. I built a full model boat hull with sonar dome from styrene and 100% water tight.

which weldon is best for laminating sheets together?

3 is pure solvent and 16 has some acrylic dissolved into it to thicken it. So it might depend on application but I would generally say 16. 3 is excellent to put in cracks as the cracks will suck in the solvent due to capillary action.

I want something that will bond petg parts. should i keep looking?
